Khagan Rice is from Columbia, Missouri and currently attends the University of Missouri. His color guard career started in 2022, spinning for 2 seasons with the Rock Bridge Winter Guard. He has also performed with the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps in the color guard for two years. This will be Khagan’s second season with La Voûte Performance Ensemble.
