Sally Lai is from Bentonville, Arkansas and started spinning in 2018 where she spent four years with the Bentonville pride marching band and winter guard program. She went on to march four years in drum corps, one with The Academy Drum and Bugle Corps and three with The Seattle Cascades. She rejoined the winter circuit in 2025 with the Avant Winter Guard. Sally is proud that her next year back is with the La Voûte Performance Ensemble, a group she’s dreamed of joining for years.
